Molecular workshop

It is the opportunity for you to participate in making and then tasting of four different molecular cocktails.
  • Bramble – crème de mure (blackberry liqueur), gin, lemon juice and gomme syrup served as the agar shots

  • Spritz – well known white wine based cocktail with bitters (Campari, Aperol, Cynar or other)  turned into the bunch of little aromatic spheres.

  • White Russian – coffee liqueur, vanilla vodka and cream appears as a delicate bubble exploding with flavour just when you taste it.

  • Aviation – mix of crème de violette, gin, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice makes it perfect “ice cream” like dessert. Viollette and marachino  sorbet topped with frozen gin and lemon foam will be your favourite.
